Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Sketcho: AR Sketch & Trace app and the Sketcho website (together, the "Service"), published by Le Thi Phuong ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Premium purchased on the website is linked to the account you were signed in with at the time of purchase and unlocks in the app when you sign in with the same account.
2. Premium plans
- Subscriptions (weekly, yearly) renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium for as long as the Service is offered. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Prices are shown in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
- Premium bought on the website and Premium bought in the App Store are separate purchases. If you hold two active plans, cancel the one you don't need at the store where you bought it.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Website purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes and receipts, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. In-app purchases on iPhone are sold by Apple under Apple's terms.
4. Acceptable use
Sketcho is for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and share the drawings you make. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the Service, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
5. Changes and termination
We may update the Service, prices or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account from within the app at any time.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Sketcho is a creative and relaxation tool, not a medical or mental-health service. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: the identifier Apple or Google gives us for your account, and your name and email if you choose to share them at sign-in.
- Purchase records: which plan you bought, where (App Store, Google Play or website), when it started, when it renews or ends. We need these to deliver Premium across your devices.
- Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, device type, time) kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not receive or store your card or payment details. Website payments are handled by Paddle; in-app payments by Apple or Google. Your drawings and camera images stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your Premium unlocked on every device.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the Service: Paddle (payments, as an independent data controller for checkout), Apple and Google (sign-in and in-app purchases), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and purchase data while your account exists and as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. You can delete your account from within the app; we then remove your personal data except records we must keep by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@example.com.
Refund Policy
Website purchases (Paddle)
- If Premium did not unlock or the product is not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
- Subscription renewals: contact us within 14 days of an unwanted renewal and we will refund that renewal.
- To request a refund, email support@example.com with the email used at checkout and your Paddle order number (in your receipt). Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future charges and keeps Premium until the end of the paid period.
App Store purchases
Purchases made inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple and refunded under Apple's policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
