Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Sketcho: AR Sketch & Trace app and the Sketcho website (together, the "Service"), published by Le Thi Phuong ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Premium purchased on the website is linked to the account you were signed in with at the time of purchase and unlocks in the app when you sign in with the same account.

2. Premium plans

3. Payments and merchant of record

Website purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes and receipts, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. In-app purchases on iPhone are sold by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. Acceptable use

Sketcho is for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and share the drawings you make. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the Service, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

5. Changes and termination

We may update the Service, prices or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account from within the app at any time.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Sketcho is a creative and relaxation tool, not a medical or mental-health service. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Contact

What we collect

We do not receive or store your card or payment details. Website payments are handled by Paddle; in-app payments by Apple or Google. Your drawings and camera images stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

How we use it

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the Service: Paddle (payments, as an independent data controller for checkout), Apple and Google (sign-in and in-app purchases), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and purchase data while your account exists and as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. You can delete your account from within the app; we then remove your personal data except records we must keep by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@example.com.
